"Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. Ich kann garnichts von allem weiterempfehlen. "

"READ MY REVIEW, THEN BOOK ELSEWHERE it took me half an hour to get the combo to the key box back & fourth via whatsapp, just so i could get in the door. the lady who cleans was standing there & even after showing my reservation she refused to help me. never mind the entrance was FILTHY and covered in graffiti.. once inside i discovered there was only a flat sheet on the bed that didn’t cover the whole mattress. if you move during the night you end up on just the mattress. yuck. you get another...

"It was very comfortable place , and the location it was nearly the center , you can really find everything near you even the port of thesaloniki it was near , very clean , you can change your sheets and ask for everything you need they will help hou , it was cozy small apartment with a street view the only problem it was for parking bcs if you park down the apartment you have to be careful about the local police just for 1 min from your ticket parking you will have very bad penatly like 150€"

"The people are extremely pleasant and happy to assist with any enquiry. You need to follow the check in process but once you get the hotel it’s the staff make everything super easy. Great location! Close to shops and sites. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We had breakfast included and definitely recommend it. We hope to return to Thessaloniki and stay again."

"The room was very disappointing- tiny, no window, and glass see through flooring (very claustrophobic). These room characteristics had to be properly explained on the website. The check in was difficult, as the text said the staff is available only until 4pm, and they didn't respond to messages asking for later check in. Texts about bad room were also ignored. The only good part was the service was nice."
