"Avoid – Terrible Service Our stay was very disappointing due to poor preparation and service. The hot tub—the main reason we booked—was unusable for the first 3 nights of our 5 night stay. On arrival it was without power, the water level was below jets, the water was cold and dirty. Despite sending photos, we were told it had been prepared. A contractor arrived on night 3 with only a bucket and a cloth, didn’t know how to drain the tub, scooped dirty water out onto balcony using bucket. No...

"とても清潔で素敵な施設でした。ただフロントの様な物はなく、入り口のテーブルの上に小型の金庫が置いてあって名前の記載された袋のなかに鍵が入っているだけで、勝手に入るという形でした。今までそういうタイプの施設に泊まった事がなかったので、困ったときどうやって聞こうかと少し不安でした。緊急時の連絡先の電話番号は部屋の中の小冊子に書いてありましたが、外国語に不便な為、やはり、人がいないのは不安だなぁと思いました。洗濯物をしている掃除担当のスタッフの様ない人はいましたが 特に挨拶をされるわけでもなく、ほぼ無関心という感じでした。旅慣れた方には、非常にオススメです。"
