"The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean...

"We pulled up and were a bit underwhelmed, the exterior looked worn down. Once we got inside and into the courtyard it was great. Clean, updated rooms, comfortable bed although the sheets were a bit stiff. The staff was helpful and kind and passed out cool lavender infused towels to wipe off our sweaty faces. We used the water refill station a lot! Good pool and view of the ocean."

"This was the most incredible stay! I cannot even express how incredibly gorgeous and breathtaking the property is; everywhere you look it is mesmerizing. The staff was top notch, the amenities were so great, and the breakfast was lovely. We looked at many resorts in Wailea and I can confidently say that after staying at the Andaz there is no competition.
