"The hotel is in a great spot to access the historic centre. It’s really very well run and all the staff were friendly and super efficient. I hardly ever have a comment to make about the cleaning staff but Gloria serviced our room and not only was attentive to what we were using and replaced as needed with extras (eg coffee)but tidied our things and made the room look immaculate. The transfer arranged through the hotel worked great too. Another thing to mention is the free coffee, beer and snacks...

"En esta ocasión encontramos la habitación sucia, se nota que no cambiaron la bolsa del bote de basura, encontramos una uña postiza, no aspiraron bien, la chica de recepción me ofreció una bolsa para que YO la cambiara, tampoco recogieron los cubiertos que habíamos utilizado un día antes, me deja una mala imágen en cuanto a la limpieza, no da confianza."
