"Our stay was amazing! Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do have breakfast but their is an extra cost of $11.00 a person. It was very good and worth the extra money. They have a spacious bar right in the Hotel. The food and drinks are very good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The weekend we were there, they had great entertainment we could dance too, which was very fun. They also have a golf course if you like golf. Very nice course."

"Everything was great, aside from multiple people getting stuck in the elevator at separate times. The door would not open for about 5 minutes. I’d recomend this hotel as long as I was assured the elevator was fixed."

"Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and shower was amazing. I really loved the nespresso machine in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The only negative would be that there is not a small store area just incase you forgot something or wanted a cold water or drink. Overall a truly great hotel in Grand Rapids."

"We loved our stay. The staff is so friendly. The continental breakfast and charcuterie hour were nice amenities. The location is perfect. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t get back in it until we left to come home. We even walked to the Christmas store. We were there for a 33 year anniversary get away. The room we stayed in was the 1993 room. The year we were married!"
