"My door didnt latch and lock. If thr deadbolt wasn't on anyone could open the door due to the throw back latch not being aligned."

"The hotel is brand new! We were the first ones to check in on the day it opened (6/30/26) so everything was pristine. I’m sure the lack of hot water to all the rooms has been corrected."

"The check-in process took way too long for a room that I had already pre-paid for online. The receptionist could stand to be a little warmer. The room smelled kind of musty, almost like it had been smoked in even though the hotel is a non-smoking property. The breakfast was pretty standard but they did quickly restock as items ran out."

"I like it everything was clean , pool is cold and close so it doesn’t have fresh air or windows for vantilation but I love everything here!"

"Very cute and clean. Breakfast was great my parents loved that it was bacon bits instead of strips(cooked better sometimes strips aren’t) all employees were amazing. Making sure we were comfortable and not rushing us out. Room is smaller not bad just on the more compact size but they have everything we needed. I was happy with room and price."
