"This overall was a great hotel, however the hotel shuttle took forever both picking us up from the airport and bringing us back the next am. We called them when we arrived at the airport and it took well over 30 minutes for them to arrive. The next am we scheduled the shuttle took we’ll pick us up at 9:00 and it was about 15 minutes late. Shuttles only run on the hour so we ended up using an Uber."

He was very welcoming and cordial, and i thanked him for him to not charge me a penalty fee due to a mistake with a booking on my part. "It was a good stop over. Unfortunately I arrived at a late hour and was assigned a room which was a lot further out than I would have liked. One closer to the main would have beeen appreciated more. This was not true and took us 2 hours to find our own .

"The airport shuttle backing up every 20-30 Beep, Beep, Beep ALL night was horrible.
The property had a face lift but the electrical outlets didn't work.
We could not call the front desk from our phone.
The bathroom had no counter to put items on.
There was a coffee maker but only 1 packet for it & no plug to plug it into that worked.
The shuttle to the airport is Not worth it (it stops at multiple hotels), take an Uber directly for $8!"

"You all should really have some type of shuttle in place for those getting in after 11:30 PM. I was under the assumption that when I get in at 2 AM, which I kept stating to your staff, they said just call us when you get to door number seven or 15 and we will come and get you no one showed up. I called the number and they said we do not have anyone to assist you so I had to find another way to get to my hotel before check in ended.
Also, if I am on the fourth floor, why should I have to go to...
