"The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable."

"This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious Rooms extremely clean and smelled so nice."

"We were not given enough towels for 2 adults and the conditioner in the shower was out. we asked for more towels and conditioner and they only brought the conditioner and never came back with the towels and when we left 45 minutes later all of the staff was eating in the lobby. The staff wasn’t friendly and overall wasn’t happy with the stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel, in a great area of Oklahoma City, with friendly and helpful clerks, that had a tasty hot breakfast selection, a refreshing pool, and a clean well maintained gym! I will definitely stay there again due to the comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned room, with a comfortable bed, and 24 hour business center. A special thank you to Linsay and Lindsay who were so helpful at check in. Jim VanAntwerp"

"This was a nice place to stay, especially for the price! Check-in was very easy, staff seemed nice, the room was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool & breakfast! The only thing that was a little concerning is we found some hair on some parts of the bedding and in the shower/bath. That did make us question how well the place was cleaned, but it looked good besides that. The place does kind of give an "outdated" feel & we noticed the elevator was extremely squeaky as it went up and down as well...

"The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly and had waste stations outside. The area has lots of food options. If I could critique the room, the TV/ remote is "outdated". It wasnt a smart TV. I couldnt stream or screenshare. But they did have basic cable and a bluetooth radio."
