"Our stay was okay.. Our rooms was semi clean.. now the bathrooms in both rooms I got side by side was not clean!! The toilet was gross.. Inside and the outside of the toilets was filthy. The day stay staff that was working was rude and was not professional in talking to the customers. The evening staff was nice and very informative.. Other than that our stay was okay and the not breakfast was good!! I would not recommend on staying here if you have a big family because of a lot of traveling...

"They were painting the facility the time when we came, and everything was torn apart. The pool was not working. They only cleaned the room one time when we stayed. The tv didn't work correctly. They were short staffed and it showed."

"No luggage carts to bring items from your vehicle to/from your room. We where told there where only 2 carts for the whole hotel, which is unheard of in such a big place. Come on management, I am paying a premium price plus paying for parking not to be able to use the luggage carts that dont exist. Just unimaginable for a Hilton property. Get your act together and get more luggage carts."

"Stayed with kids. Sleepless night. Keep on getting sound during entire night. Kids really feel bad due to the smoke smell. When we open the room first time, room was not clean and got bad smell later we changed the room.
Totally I’m not happy with this stay."
