"Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Personally I think people should dress for breakfast and not be allowed to wear pajamas. The young bell hope that was there when we checked in and out was very nice. "

"The room was nice and clean. The staff are nice, especially at the front desk. The location is good, very near the Eaton Centre. I recommend it and for sure will stay there on my next trip to Toronto."
