"We have been here before. Recently they were bought out by another concern. The actual rooms could use a major facelift. Some rust leaking through in areas and something was dripping onto the roof of where we were staying all night. The back of the property and the entrance onto the beach is still a winner. We don’t go there for the incredible rooms, we go there for the incredible view and beach access, which is very nice."

"We decided to stay an extra day. The ocean view with balcony makes this special. The joining restaurant offers a nice meal option for not driving back to town. The clam chowder they serve is the best I have ever eaten. Its a nice place with a light house to add more magic to the adventure."
