"This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

"Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and...

"The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside.
The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."
