"From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-tier and attentive to every detail. The highlight of the property has to be the pool; it is easily the most beautiful pool I've ever come across, and the warm water made swimming a dream. Beyond the resort itself, the snorkeling we booked through the resort was unbelievable and provided a truly amazing, beautiful experience we'll cherish forever. Highly recommended!"

"Location was fantastic! Very short walking distance to beach, dive shop, multiple restaurants, stores, etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan in room, Lucky no one was checked in the closeby rooms in my hotel section so evenings were very quiet. Only downside was hot water didnt work in shower. My fault I never told them until I checked out since room temp shower water doesnt bother me much. I am certain they would of fixed it asap had I brought it up. I would definitely stay there again - very nice owner! Great value stay!"

"I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. The other similar issue reported by people has been the ocean views. I feel like some of the photos are deceiving, but from where this hotel is located at, you can't really see the ocean from the rooms. Wi-Fi was decent, and the staff were very accommodating along with the golf cart rentals being reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place in the heart of downtown San Pedro, this is a good affordable spot. Don't expect nothing five star as the price reflects that obviously but it's not a terrible spot like most reviews on here are claiming."
