"The resort itself is very nice. The staff I found to have mostly bad energy and seemed annoyed. Maybe that’s just an Arizona thing but it did throw off the vibe a little.
Examples: I had to wait like 20 minutes to check in. No apology, no acknowledgment, and just a fairly rude attitude. And I didn’t even complain.
Ex 2. The Restaurant Manager guy (think his name was Mike, bald with a big beard) was super rude. I was at the pool, they stopped serving drinks at 6, guy told me I can go order...

"Beautiful property, and very few guests given July low season (but loved that!). Pool was fine, nothing impressive but thank you to pool staff for their service. Had a spa treatment so thank you to Michael! And loved that there's an available car service to drive guests to short distance locations (thanks, Mike!)."
