"Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!"

"Pictures. 1. Homeless person passed out in parking lot. Not in the best of neighborhoods. Room smelled of urine. Holes in the bed cover. Overall, we didn't feel safe staying there, so I immediately checked out after seeing the room and the condition. I immediately called Expedia. Not helpful. Drove 150 miles back home."

We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing.
