"My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2"

I saved all year so i could take my grandchildren to thunder over Louisville and was told it was within walking distance. WAS NOT AT ALL no inside heated pool. It was freezing and staffwas so overly rude. So very disappointing. Very unsafe hotel. A really bad part of town"

"I would like to personally thank again, Ivory, she was a super nice person, very accommodating, her customer service was impeccable, everything was clean, and in order, ask the staff, even the coaching staff was very nice, they're kids had a great time in the swimming pool"

"Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. The staff was kind enough to me because I wasn’t mean about it like many of the other guests were. "
