It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

"It’s a scam, go to Loxwoods actual website to book. We went in person to the actual hotel and they said people rent out the apartments one by one and this person had 6 ppl come asking for this one. They were not able to accomadate us but did not cancel the reservation. Don’t book here"
