"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. "The room size reserved based on the photo provided was smaller than anticipated. The doorways to the cabins are 2’ x 6’ so be aware if you are a larger person. The bathroom was just wider than my shoulders, but clean. Also there are sea lions that vocalize at night, all night, from the river."

"Our room seemed brand new. Very clean and cozy, decor is adorable. Overall very pleased with the room and property. We were delayed checking in to our room but the staff were very polite and kind. "The building is historic and well-maintained with a friendly staff. It is surrounded by Victorian style houses in the neighborhood. The hot breakfast was good. The room is clean and spacious. Although, the parking on the premises is only by valet parking with a little bit higher fee. Meter parking is nearby."

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."

"The charge to my credit card was different than what was promised by Expedia due to a omp of the parking for the two days and I guess a deposit the hotel claimed but this was not clearly communicated by Expedia NOR at check in; the only reason I knew was that the printed expected bill at check in was $711 and the expedia reservation I had made was $540. Not clearly communicated and I am a teacher and thus budget traveler there for a volleyball tournament. It's difficult and embarassing to argue...
