California Suites Hotel
8/10 Good
"Decent place to stay at :)"
Best Western Seven Seas
10/10 Excellent
"It’s an older hotel, but it is maintained decently. The staff in the café in the morning seemed like you were bothering them by being in there. In the evening it was completely different. You always felt welcomed, and the food was great."
Pleasant Inn
8/10 Good
"The room was spotless and quite big, with a separate table for two as well as a desk. The bed and pillows were comfy. Staff at check in were lovely. This is a basic motel, with no pool, gym, or vending machines, at least that I found. But things were very clean, the floor was not carpeted (so clean), and very comfortable, with free parking. About 10-15 minutes drive from UCSD, so a good option when hotels nearby are booked or over priced. Walmarts, 99 Ranch, and Starbucks are less than a mile away though driving is recommended as traffic moves quickly."

"Very kind staff and the rooms were clean during our stay. The only complaint I have was the fact that the internet was spotty on certain timeframes during my stay. Great location and kind staff. Keep it up Alcala hotel ☺️"
