"The staff was not very friendly. Housekeeping missed our room one day and the front desk clerk just shrugged it off. He acted like it was a big deal to get clean towels. The housekeeper parked in front of our room and was in and out of her truck and on the phone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it would be nice to be treated as though they were happy to have us."
