"I had a very frustrating experience with Best Western. During the reservation process, there was no clear check-in time provided, which made planning difficult. Because of that, we arrived earlier in the day not fully aware of when check-in would begin.
Later, we found out that check-in was at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00 PM—the official check-in time—we were told that our room was still not ready, even though we had booked a specific room in advance.
Instead of properly accommodating us, we were told we could get a different room right away, but only if we paid an additional $46. On top of that, we were also charged $26 for parking within the hotel facilities, which felt like another unexpected fee that was not clearly communicated beforehand.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and added costs made this a very disappointing experience. As guests, we expected our reserved room to be ready at check-in time and for all policies and fees to be clearly explained upfront.
I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."
