"The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable."

"The hotel overall is run-down. The floors in the walkways are uneven because of water damage. The floors in the rooms are chipped and ripped. The beds were nice and the bathroom was nice. The parking garage was low and our truck couldn’t fit (which isn’t their fault) but finding on-street parking was very difficult and the roads are so narrow with parked vehicles that only 1 car could pass at a time. The continental breakfast consisted of a room as big as a closet with juice, tiny mini-muffins...

"All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and immediately responsive. The breakfast has declined a bit but the personnel were stellar. The only name I can recall is Raj who encompassed all the praise above but everybody I interacted with were very good.. i am sorry i can't recall more names."

"The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."
