"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting.
Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe.
Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks.
Overall stay is OK. "

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Let us leave our bags there for the day we checked out and were kind enough to let us use the pool showers to freshen up before our flight. Very impressed."

"Best hotel I have stayed in. The staff was incredibly attentive - knew your name on arrival. A pre birthday cake was a surprise as well. When they advertise as a luxury hotel, it is exactly that!"
