"As always, our stay at the Shangri-La was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and the team made our entire stay feel effortless and seamless.
I’ve stayed here before and my parents have visited many times over the years. My dad, in particular, will certainly continue to return after my mums passing. Every member of staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay and everything was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
A special mention goes to Linda in the jewellery shop, who was as lovely and welcoming as ever. The breakfast was outstanding and every meal we had was superb.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single way the hotel could improve. Our only complaint was that we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return."
