"We had a problem with the room on check in which was in the end resolved fairly well but we did initially get a somewhat aggressive response from one of the staff members making it our issue, which was corrected through her manager later. Overall the room was nice with a fantastic view and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with quick service. Great location, although you can tell this hotel needs maintenance and repairs."

"The staff was very nice and clean rooms. The AC cooled very quickly but was a little noisy with the fan. The Wifi was a little slow, but that is the only complaint. It was really nice to have a bus stop directly outside of the hotel to connect to the city very easily. Definitely would stay again."
