"The closest parking was $62 for 24hrs and the bed was extremely firm making the sleep terrible but other than that, the stay was great"

"The bar is very nice in the lobby and rooftop. I do think the drinks are a little over priced. Never made it breakfast slept in each morning. I do suggest that rooms have microwave ovens. It is Chicago and one thing that draws people there is its fime cuisines. Not to fun going to dinner out and have leftovers from one of the Great Food establishments and cant warm it up if you choose to do so.."

"Excellent room, great staff, outstanding location and extremely good value. The hotel is fraying a bit and could use some refurbishing, but well worth, it as it is, considering all that it offers."

"Front desk was not very friendly. Room was tiny, hot, very run down, and noisy. Didn’t even include coffee or cups. Bell staff was great! Very overpriced for condition of hotel. I would only stay here if you absolutely need it for the location. "

"Breakfast was very good but for us we only were able to enjoy it 1 day. It ended at 9:30am M-F and 10am Sat & Sunday when you are in a city that’s all party until 3am breakfast ends early! Room was great, staff was good except we requested clean towels, more toilet paper and garbage empty and we had to physically go down to front 2x to get what we needed. Pool was ok small thought it was weird that the pool area didn’t have restrooms you have to leave the area and then use a key to get into a single bathroom. Overall good stay, good location and would stay again "

"Rooms were very clean staff was friendly only issuse were with the elevators they had to be manually triggered by staff at one point as they were going on and off line "

"I just wanted to share my experience. Overall, it wasn’t great, and I don’t think I need to go into every detail to explain why. I really wish the customer service had been better. We were honestly disappointed because we were expecting SoundWaves to be the main highlight, but when we arrived, we were simply told it was sold out. There wasn’t any empathy or even an attempt to ask why we were there it just felt very dismissive. That part was especially frustrating. We’ve never had an experience like this before, so it was really disappointing. I hope this can be improved moving forward, because it could have made a big difference in our overall experience.This happened on 4/11/2026.. Terrible experienced!! "
