"This was an awesome place, especially for the price. The staff was great, the room was clean and well equipped. You could tell that this was an older hotel from the design and layout but very well maintained. They had a very good complimentary breakfast and it was located in a nice part of town. If i'm traveling and staying in Fresno I will definitely choose this place again."

"This property was great. Good location close tot he lake with access to one of the private beaches. Very nice townhome. Very clean with new kitchen appliances. Nice jacuzzi. Staff was excellent. And really good price through Expedia. I will stay again."

"Lovely room! Structure seemed a little of out of date but overall well maintained. Jacuzzi worked great but did receive reports of a leak in the room below mine, so perhaps some maintenance needs to be done. Overall staff were very helpful and welcoming, would come back here again."

"Staff were friendly. Quiet and spacious room. Breakfast was very good; eggs, sausages, potatoes with chirizo were the main. Unfortunately, the pancake machine was not working. I added walnuts, rasins, pumpkin seeds and pecans to my granola."
