"The hotel was in a good location and was very clean and neat. the staff was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was included and was very good, there was free secured parking, the one thing that I did not like was the guest policy no additional guest are allowed after check-in."

"This hotel is very clean with big rooms and very close to the airport. The shuttle service is good. Parking at the hotel for the week of our travel was included which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again for the convenience to the airport."
Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a villa with our own private swimming pool. It was a very pleasant surprise! Beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfy! AC was ice-cold. From the moment we parked our car, our luggage was hand-delivered to our room. Same when it was time to leave. Coffee/cocoa machine in the reception area was a very nice touch. Breakfast was phenomenal! We enjoyed everything about our visit."

"Limpieza excelente. Atención del personal excelente . Personal amable, responsable. Olvidé mi teléfono. En la zona cercana al comedor; pasaron algunos minutos, pude recogerlo de donde la había colocado. Cómo Enfermera pensionada. Me preocupa. El baño cuando uno se baña , el jabón y otros que usa el piso se pone muy resbaladizo. A mí me ocurrió puse un paño y asunto resuelto. Las personas mayores. Somos muy frágiles y casi siempre cualquier caída. Nos ocasionamos Fracturas en cadera , miembros inferiores o superiores. Ustedes solicitan 25 caracteres."
Holiday Inn Express San Jose Costa Rica Airport by IHG
8/10 Good
"This was a short stay that didn’t start well, we booked this hotel because we had a quick overnight before continuing , and it was disappointing that the airport shuttle service was not well coordinated. It was not easy to find the lick-up location but once there, we ended up having to call the hotel after waiting more than 20 minutes. Whoever answered basically blamed us for not being visible to the driver (we were standing right in front of the sign) so he left. Once we arrived at the hotel, all was as expected- clean, friendly staff and good breakfast"

"An Exceptional Hotel - Hospitality at Its Finest It was a privilege to have stayed here. The stunning lobby and beautiful restaurant create an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance. But what truly distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding - gracious, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely looked after, with every need met with warmth and professionalism. I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. An unforgettable stay, and a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. My sincere appreciation to the entire staff for making my visit so exceptional. Special thank you to Didsy, Fabiola, Carlos, Ronny, Waleska, Adrian, and Fernando."

"We arrived into SJO at 10pm, their 24 hour free shuttle was super easy to catch just after exiting customs. The bed was very comfortable and had amazing pillows. The partnership with Alamo Rental Cars was great as the next morning our car rental was dropped off to us. We’ll stay here again on our way out of the country as they have an easy drop-off for the keys of the rental. For anyone flying into San Jose, I would 100% recommend this location for your first night. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast included was pretty good. Thank you!"
