After checking in I was told to turn right to elevator, I started to turn left and corrected myself, front desk lady made a rude comment. Horrible experience!!!@@ Don't stay here."

"Love the location of this hotel to Lake Natoma. Rooms are spacious for a family. Love that they also offer continental breakfast, and afternoon cookies. If you travel with pets, they are welcome and also have treats for them at the front desk."
