"Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. "

"Janaki, our hostess, was very accommodating. She met us at the door and escorted us to our room. She even carried my partner's suitcase for her. She even returned a few minutes later to check on our comfort, as regards the temperature. We both slept quite well. The beds were firm, but not "rock hard". The bedding was perfect, considering the outside temps were in the high 20's. Next morning, we had choices of yogurts (sugar-free, which is rare), pumpkin muffins, coffee/tea, cereal, fresh fruit...

"The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Room stuff I took pictures and showed them my blanket was bad was scuffed and full of lints balls the shower was horrible when you turned the water on and put it to shower the water was coming out on the top and bottom instead of just the top, the fitted sheet was ripped and didn’t fit on the bed never again I don’t want to go back there"

"Our family of 1 adult and 1 wheelchair using elderly adult stayed in the accessible King bed room. This was one of the better accessable rooms we've stayed in. The bathroom has grab bars by the toilet and a nice wide shower with only an inch or two above floor level. The shower has a wide bench and a stationary shower head and a lower set shower wand. The staff was amazing! They often helped us without me needing to ask. They were very accommodating to requests."
