"We enjoyed our short stay here very much. We were in Yakima for the PNWU White Coat ceremony. They allowed early entry so we could drop our bags and freshen up after the drive. The suite is very roomy and open, it would be a good place for an extended stay. They were most accommodating allowing a late check out so we could attend church with our granddaughter without having to pack up. Great space, very clean and well appointed, extremely helpful staff, I don't hesitate to recommend it."

"It’s a very historic landmark and in a centered area but I don’t recommend for families as there is no swimming pool and they don’t have free breakfast either. The carpets in the room and sheets were fine, but the room itself was very dusty."

"I didn’t sleep well because I could hear the cars on the road below. It was very loud. Also was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, but it had no working jets and there were many screaming boys in the pool. The room was very expensive and definitely not worth the price. I was very disappointed with my stay. I also was charged for parking each day. "

"We've stayed here several times because of location off freeway and always been decent place. Not so this time. Our room was handicapped accessible which was ok but was very stale smelling.Room definitely needed new paint, especially the bathroom. Bathroom floor was scraped up and dirty stains. Lots of scrapes and dirty walls. No hot water for shower the 2nd day. The hallways were dirty both days. Seems like more help is needed here. First day there was no waffle mix even tho we were there by...

"Clean room. Staff eas helpful. Location was convenient. "

"We requested one of the beds to be remade due to the sheets not looking clean, which they immediately did. The door lock was messed up, I couldn’t set the dead bolt unless I adjusted the lock cassette. "

"Hotel was nice and organized but bathroom had a very bad/odd smell that I couldn’t figure out what it was from. I got in late and was leaving early so I just shut the door and dealt with it."

"overall very happy, we stay here every August and December while my daughter is at the WLEEA academy on the base. Beds great, breakfast good, location good, pool and hot tub great. Only complaint is they never allow us to check in even a few minutes early. We have to wait, or pay extra. Since we know this, we plan accordingly. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing was that there was only one person on staff, preparing breakfast items, checking in people and answering the phone."
