"The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you."

"Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. "Great stay overall. The apartment-style room was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything, with a metro station right next to the building offering easy access to Brussels Midi and Central, which is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Additional amenities like breakfast, laundry machines, and a gym were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for the great location, staff, and facilities."
