I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. "Location is premiere. Room is small but cozy. Elevator fits only 2 persons. Wifi is good. Windows insulate the outside noise very well. Keep in mind, the lobby is upstairs and is very tiny. Coffee and snacks are available. We enjoyed the stay. Next time probably will do more days."

As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. Il faisait très exceptionnellement chaud et l’appartement n’était malheureusement pas climatisé (bon d’accord, nous sommes à Lille) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des restaurants aux alentours et des odeurs de cuisines. J’y retournerai avec plaisir"

"Attention danger ! Hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix mais parking non sécurisé. Ma voiture a été volée dans la nuit alors qu’elle était garée sur le parking à 50m de la réception. La direction reconnaît avoir chaque semaine 3 faits de casse ou vol de véhicule. A fuir. Privilégiez un hôtel avec parking sécurisé."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff were super nice especially Mattis. The only negative point was how they designed the shower glass door. It leaked everywhere and ended up with wet floors"
