"A FUIR!!!!! Désactivation mystère du code, personne pour ouvrir en cas d'urgence, après une heure sous la pluie en pleine nuit, j'ai du trouver une autre chambre... Et le personnel n'a même pas écouté mes griefs, se prenant pour la victime. Zéro excuses présentées. Propreté et securité douteuses de surcroît. A FUIR!!!!!!"

"Was supposed to pay 37 euro at check in according to Expedia. Man at desk said I didn’t pay anything and charged me full room price 78 euro. I had already paid 38 to Expedia. Was raining so it was just easiest to pay instead of find another hotel. Got to room to find hair on the pillows a violent smell of perfume that didnt leave with the doors open. Cigarette butts on the ground on the balcony with a cup of butts on the table. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. The wall has stuff dripping down...

"We were not provided with any hand towels in the bathroom, had to use the shower towels. A dish towel in the kitchen would have been helpful as well. it is a nice quiet building and a nice area.Plenty of bakeries and restaurants"

"The staff don't know what they are doing. They gave my room to someone else and still gave me a key (I walk into someone's stuff) when I came back to complain they say it was my stuff really? It took manages to figure out another room. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap refill( it was an empty refill able bottle), no curtains in the shower (Idk this is a French thing). Everyone kept coming back to complain"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel.It was very clean,spacious. We had a coffee machine in the room,microwave and a small fridge. The bedding was changed every day. We would fresh towels and a two water bottles in the fridge every day.We had breakfast included.Very cute little reception area with so much choice for breakfast."
