"A beautiful hotel located inside Aigues des Mortes. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom was huge and the shower was nice but it didn’t have handicap assist bars which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. The desk staff wasn’t the greatest for a 5 star hotel, just doing the minimum and not offering anything in the way of suggestions of instructions for parking. The dining area and inside patio are gorgeous. Breakfast was mediocre but passable. Served at the table…. I had a pot of scrambled eggs, one piece of salmon, some fruit, and coffee. The fortress is very nice and the town is pleasant. Had nice meals in local restaurants and toured the area by jeep and got up close to the bulls and white horses. The tour was excellent. "

"The first room was excellent with beautiful bathroom facilities. Staff were extremely helpful in moving us to a balcony room which made our stay even more pleasant with a view of the pool. Only slight negative was the bathroom wasn’t upgraded in this room after we had been spoilt in the first. Still all very clean and nicely decorated. "

When you reserve a room in a hotel, it’s because you plan to be « received » there, and to be able to have « a human contact » there. It wasn’t the case at « Logis Héraclée ». There was about one mile of distance between the two hotels, and it was « necessary » to walk from one hotel to the other one."
