"I liked that the hotel is right in the main tourist avenue and near the train station. I loved that the hotel is set back from the Main Street and it feels like you’re entering a private garden. I’m a sucker for spiral staircases and those small elevators that have been installed in the spiral.
My room had AC. While not necessary, it might have been useful during the cannicules this summer.
The staff was friendly, kind and helpful.
The bathroom is quite large.
Great value and experience....

"When arriving the lights were off, doors locked and no instructions on how to check in. We found a number online and when we called we were told we had to go to another hotel to check in. Once we got the room key and went back to Cecyl, we had to walk through a construction site with screws on the ground, stacks and pieces of drywall where I had to pick up my large roller bag weighing 60 lbs and walk sideways through the corridor to get to the stairs because of all of the construction materials...

"Sauvé par la climatisation en pleine canicule. Qui plus est, la chambre était très calme (chambre 63), c'est simple, je n'ai jamais aussi bien dormi dans un hôtel, le matelas était ferme comme il faut. Si je retourne à Reims, c'est là que j'irai."

"En arrivant, les portes barrées. Obligé d’appeler pour se faire ouvrir donc payer un frais d’appel hors pays. Nous avons attendu 10 min dehors pour que quelqu’un nous ouvre. Aucun employé présent dans l’hôtel. Personne répond au téléphone après 20hrs. Pas de rideau de douche, la pole pour tenir les serviettes est brisée et les shampooing, savons laissés en vrac sur le comptoir. Porte pour accéder à la chambre très lourde donc très difficile à ouvrir. Je ne suggère pas du tout cet hôtel!"

"The apartment was clean and tidy but very hot, there were two fans in the bedrooms but they weren’t very effective
No lift and very steep spiral stairs to navigate get to the third floor, this would be ok if you had a small suitcase which we didn’t, ours were over 20kg each which made it a struggle to get them up to the room
The apartment is in a good location with convenient parking"

"Ich hatte wie gebucht ein Zimmer im EG. Nichts zu beanstanden. Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas schwierig, aber ich hatte immer Glück und konnte direkt vor meinem Zimmer parken. Frühstück war okay. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar."
