"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. From the minute we pulled up to the front, staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The lady that helped us check-in gave us information about the PATH and how its accesible via our hotel. She went above and beyond, by giving us directions on how to get to Rogers Centre from our hotel. The room was clean, comfy and the views from the tower were phenomenal. The restaurant below was delicious as well and our waitress was great. The location of the hotel...

"The location was perfect for walking around central/downtown T.O. Room was everything we needed and staff were very pleasant. Given it is centrally located, recommend ear plugs if your a light sleeper - but overall the night noise wasn't excessive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Great place to stay. Very Central. Beware the elevators....we got to meet some Toronto fire fighters when they got us out of the elevator we were stuck in for 30 minutes. One of the guys we were in there with (there were 9 of us) said it was the 2nd time in 2 weeks; they were in-between management companies. The key retrieval system seemed to work ok. Unit could use a bit of touch up paint and magic eraser for the walls, but very serviceable. Would stay again, and that is the bottom line."

"Last minute find and would definitely stay again. Great communication and although there is no reception and the key box details looked complicated - it was very easy. Suite was clean, well-stocked and generally comfortable. Showing a little wear but the views made up for this. Only complaint is that the mattress was quite hard! "
