"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is a bit dated. Loved the view but unfortunately there is no soundproofing so we could hear traffic and emergency vehicles all night. Staff were very friendly and attentive to detail. I had mentioned my allergies and upon check in they confirmed the hypoallergenic pillows were added as requested. Hotel is conveniently located with access to the PATH."

"Lovely hotel right in the heart of downtown Toronto. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Union Station for GO trains and the UP Express to the airport. The breakfast buffet was always fully stocked, and the hotel is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-kept every day. The staff were excellent — they welcomed us every time we entered or left the hotel. We also used the luggage hold for a few hours after checkout, which was a real bonus with a late flight. It let us enjoy an extra day exploring the city without dragging our bags around."

"Union Hotel was great! Very close to Union Station, which is why we chose this hotel in the first place. The decor is super fun and in general, the atmosphere was groovy. We didn’t have time to try to coffee shop in the lobby, but would definitely like to if I returned. Rooms were small, but that’s normal for downtown Toronto, and the beds were super comfy. Water pressure was a little low in the shower, and the soundproofing between the bathroom and the rest of the room wasn’t great, but it’s not a dealbreaker."
