"This is one of my favorite hotels in Bogota, not only for its value and proximity to the airport, but also for the staff and their ability to help. I was recently here and very ill. They have an on-call doctor to come and see you in your room, at no extra charge. They would come to my room to handle payments and other items because I couldn’t get out of bed. No to mention it’s in a great neighborhood and close to Salitre Plaza Centro Comercial (mall). The breakfast buffet is complete and...

"The outlander house the employees are wonderful due to the fact I don't speak Spanish they are some of the most helpful and wonderful people they've been very welcoming they've been patient with me I couldn't ask to stay at a better place in all of South America. "Good variety for breakfast, nice clean room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful There is an hourly shuttle bus to the airport for free. The gym is a separate company/building so I didnt try it. Lots of restaurants downstairs but quite from from the main part of town for tourists (La Candelaria) Overall we were extremely happy with the hotel stay"
