"Very spacious rooms, clean, bidet, bathtub, shower, plenty of towels. Overall this is a very good hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet with good choice, hot food (typical), selection of cheeses and cold cuts, etc. Close to the train station. I was not disappointed! "

"El hotel muy bien, por 20 euros extendimos el check out y eso estuvo excelente!! El desayuno bueno también… PERO el Uber costó $1000 mexicanos o sea no está tan cerca del aeropuerto (tampoco lejos, 13 km) pero si hay q contemplarlo porq para ir en transporte público está lejos con las maletas y son dos autobuses o la parada del metro lejos… Si vas a regresar al centro de Madrid, también está como a una hr en metro, así q considerar esos detalles, lo demás muy bien! "

"La habitación impecable y la calidad de un Eurostars, pero las amenities del baño las tienes que pedir si las quieres, no están en el baño. Hace poco, me alojé en otro hotel Eurostars Gran Madrid de la misma localidad y tenían hasta botellas de agua de amenities para los clientes."

"Room was clean and staff were very helpful. The location was on a university campus so that was interesting. They were having an event so did not get to try the restaurant. There was a cafeteria nearby on the campus where one could get a meal. I had rented a plug-in hybrid car and they had two chargers there for use for free which wad a nice amenity. I chose it so I could be close to Madrid airport for my flight home. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it."

"Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk . "
