Despite our window staring right at the internal covered courtyard, our room was quiet and we slept really well. Staff was courteous and helpful. The best part is the location, being right across the street from Atocha station near Parque del Retiro and Paseo del Prado. We could get to the station/bus terminal...

"Un bel hôtel classique, pas trop grand. Notre suite était superbe et très confortable. Le personnel, très efficace et chaleureux, était de bon conseil. Le restaurant sert de très bons plats espagnols, et la terrasse sur le toit permet de prendre l'apéro au son d'un guitariste discret. L'hôtel est un peu loin des sites historiques majeurs (45 minutes de marche), mais très près des belles boutiques de Madrid. On en a profité. Nous le recommandons et nous y retournerons."

"The location is excellent. Located centrally in Madrid, easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Yo can get brunch before you start your day in Madrid for a reasonable price. I will go back and stay at Cibeles again."
