Our room was large and modern, it had a water filtration and coffee machine. The bed was very comfy. We visited during their year anniversary of opening so there was plenty going on at the hotel, the staff were keen to point out that all guest were welcome, we enjoyed the cheap cocktails and food which was excellent. "Area is safe and walkable to the old town. It has lots of dining options around, including cafes and convenience stores. The apartment is clean and well sized for big luggage. Washing machine, kettle, oven, coffee machine, towels, showering gels were provided. Apartment is easy to locate and instructions were clear."

"I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. Level access to the hotel and good lifts made getting into and using the hotel easy. The accessible room was fantastic; plenty of room for us to move around and the bathroom layout...

"Excellent appartment with comfortable beds, clean and well equipped. Check in was a little complicated as we arrived later in the evening and needed to self check in to collect the keys. Communication was good. Kitchen could have done with some extras like cooking oil/salt/pepper etc. sauna was a nice bonus."

"Located near to the park around the old town, Planty Park. Lovely church opposite and main square around the corner walk and short walk down street. Beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room which had separate sitting area from bedroom, a dressing area inbetween the bedroom and lovely large bathroom. Very happy with our choice as was looking at other hotels. But this one was even nicer than it looked on the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay."
