"I booked 2 of the basic rooms - 1 each for me & my friend at the same price. My room was lovely, clean, spacious etc I'd say to UK Premier Inn standard - very comfy double bed. My friend's room had 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette with dishwasher! The kitchen was not quite as clean as it could have been though but nothing gross.
