Good location, but the hotel needs a lot of uplift. Breakfast isn’t great. Rooms are small and run down. Not very clean. The pool was lovely though!

Beautiful bali style accommodation

Ponduk pundi is a tradional bali style accommodation. The rooms are clean, big enough and comfortable. We asked for a bar fridge which was installed quickly. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The staff were very helpful. I suggest a room away from the front area as it does get noisy. The hotel is positioned on a hill, so the further in you go the more steps, and the lovely pool is at the bottom. It’s in a very central Ubud area on the main road. There us off street parking

room location was right at the entrance with zero privacy unless you closed the curtains. Incredibly noisy due to being near the restaurant. Walls were thin too.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Stort rummeligt værelse med dertilhørende stort og rent badeværelse. Få solsenge. Venligt personale som kan hjælpe med det meste. God placering, ATM på den anden side af gaden samt en 24 timers butik. Gode massage og spisesteder i nærheden. Ønsker man ro om natten skal man længere væk - musik, hunde, haner kan høres om natten og i de tidlige morgentimer

Nice room in surfers area of Bali

Plus: Nice, clean and ok big and ok up-to-date room - with balcony. Staff was kind and friendly. Good breakfast. Close to a little beach. Neutral: Area was more or less for surfers, not much to see. Minus: No safety-box in the room (only in reception), no fridge in the room.

Great value for money in the middle of Ubud. Beautiful garden and pool at the back, very calming only meters away from busy Monkey Forest road at the front.

Beautiful hotel, lovely gardens

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant staff 1 in particular only were a little rude ( may have been a long day and she was tired. Hotel was clean and very spacious, fantastical gardens. We stayed in room near the pool which were very quiet and far enough away from the noise of the street. Some stairs and you do walk through living area of a family. But lots of good mornings and those beautiful smiles.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staffs. Room is big, spacious and clean. Bathroom was ok but old. Shower pressure wasn't strong but still ok. Wifi was good. Conveniently located. Good for a night stopover. Could get better rooms with same price.

Incredible value for money-all round amazing stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was amazing in every way! The staff members were incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The pool was definitely one of the highlights, we had it to ourselves most of the time too!! Another high was the breakfast, served in the restaurant which served great food all day and cheap beers :) Could not fault our stay and would of been happy to pay considerably more for what we were getting!

What spa

The hotel advertises itself as having a spa, not there hasn't been there for awhile. Room service poor. Didn't realise it was in the middle of Ubud adverts look like it's in an outer area. Breakfasts not good couldn't even get brown bread only white cardboard.

Lovely stay, especially for the price!

Staff are lovely and v attentive. Our room was v spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit tired but clean nonetheless. Only negative - if you're going to Gili islands DO NOT buy your ticket from the hotel directly. Bargain with the ticket offices in Ubud centre - you'll pay less than half! Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

great deal, amazing room, temple feel

first time to ubud with 2 girlfriends. super safe, amazing location. i paid $10 USD extra for 'deluxe' room - totally worth it. we had an additional living room. there were 3 of us so at no additional cost they added another mattress to our bedroom. free delicious breakfast.

Peace & tranquility in the centre of town!

This is a fantastic place to stay. You can't tell from the entrance on the main road how beautiful and tranquil the grounds are. Our room was large and included a sofa & coffee table although we preferred to relax on the veranda to enjoy the beautiful leafy green views. The air conditioner and the wifi in the room both worked very well. The bathroom was large & functional but quite basic. All staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good - eggs cooked to your taste, fruit, toast etc. We had local dishes at the restaurant which were very tasty - others ordered sushi and pizza both of which looked very nice.

Molto consigliato

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo bellissimo hotel vicinissimo alla Monkey Forest ma lontano dal rumore della strada. La stanza bellissima, si affaccia sulla piscina che è spettacolare proprio in mezzo alla foresta. Unico neo il bagno non propriamente all'altezza di tutto il resto della struttura, ma comunque passabile. All'interno ci sono anche due templi veramente molto belli. In generale sicuramente consiglio questo hotel.

Great temple on the grounds but the place had bad Wifi, poor free breakfast and a dim bathroom. It's a budget place so I guess you get what you pay for.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff.

Pondok Pundi Village is the best hotel in downtown Ubud with the most wonderful friendly helpful staff. Great massage right near your room, and the most beautiful pool looking over the forest. Very close to Monkey Forest and walking distance to Yoga Barn, the Palace, and the market. Great restaurants, shops, and easy transportation right there outside the hotel entrance. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, quiet, and well air conditioned. You will love staying here.

Hotel céntrico, pero muy tranquilo

Es un hotel muy acogedor, con personal amabilisimo, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. La piscina es un espectáculo.
