"Really good room and amenities, especially for the price! The price also includes FREE transfer to Bole ( the airport ). Food wasn't the best I've ever had but still definitely worth it and I would stay again."

"I didn't check in to the hotel. The hotel was not accessible to customers. The road to the hotel was messed up due to road construction. There was raining and it was muddy. The ride was not able to drive to the hotel entrance. Then I returned back without entering to the hotel. "

"Cockroaches and other bugs in the room and the bathroom/toilet. No pest or insect control. It was warm and sometimes hot. No portable fans available as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Staff is ok but do not speak much English. A lot of maintenance is required as many things are missing from rooms such as hair dryer etc. "
