"This was a great hotel! We used it for a transition day between a cruise and flying back home. We enjoyed being able to sit in the restaurant and relax. The staff were good though a little on the surly side. Nothing horrible, but not exceptional. The only complaint that I would have is that the rooms are somewhat loud. I could hear the shower in the room next-door and when adjoining rooms would shut the door they kind of slammed loudly. I really appreciated the blackout blinds. I really appreciated that when we checked into the hotel six hours early our room is available. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful hotel perfect for what we needed it for."

"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open."
