"Personnel très aimable, surtout le réceptionniste de nuit. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause du manque de confort : le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les lattes dans le dos en dormant. La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos (visiblement prises avec un grand angle), il y a très peu d’espace pour circuler et tout est entassé. "place was excellent, service was very personal and dedicated. hotel is excellently situated right in the center of Le Marais. we had a small "hiccup" with the elevator not working, the hotel went out of their way to assist us, first bringing everything to our room and later - moving us down to a lower (But even larger) room to make us feel comfortable and even gave us some discount on the room. we appreciate it very much and will come back!"
