"Room is small but cozy, bed comfortable. i stayed only for 1 night because of long layover, airport pick up is very handy, thats because you expect the hotel to be close to airport as per indicated in the map but it is actually located downtown Panama City, 20-25min from airport and you have to account for that transit time. Staff is very welcomed."

"Pool was and and everything was very clean and good food too. Everything has been improved from 3 years ago. Nice friendly staff. Two negatives, outdoor hot tub was colder than the pool, but pool was perfect. Outdoor bar, restaurant or no where could you charge anything to your room. Hard to to have cash when your at a swim up bar."

"The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. "The hotel is in need of maintenance; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The rooms do not have hair dryers, and if you require one, you must request it at the front desk."

"My stay at Aloft Hotel was spectacular, we get a warm welcome from the security staff and front desk assistant. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the rooms very spacious and clean, great view of the city as well. Also, a wide variety to choose from at buffet breakfast, staff very pleasant and helpful.Lots of Amenities to choose from right at the hotel, plus supermarkets and gift stores in near vicinity of the hotel. "Loved the variety of breakfast, felt very safe in the area. Easy to walk to Multiplaza and great pick up location for the uber. The hotel is also close to other restaurants around the corner and cafe. The rooms were cleaned daily after we left, water replenished towels as well once we place them in a pick up spot. Great view, will stay again"
