"Check in was very quick. We did not have a coffee pot in our room. The room was fine, no frills, but fine for our needs."

"When I booked my reservation, I knew this was an economy hotel therefore, my expectations weren't high. However, this place was substandard, even for and economy motel. To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else. When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect. The next thing I noticed was that the TV didn't work. The only response to my call was to have me unplug it and plug it back in. When I called back to say that didn't work, the call went to voice mail and no one bothered to return my call. And finally, the toilet seat was loose. When I checked it, I noticed that whoever purchased the seat purchased the wrong size. It was way to big for the toilet. Given the response to my problem with the TV, I didn't report it. Nor did I report the problems to the desk clerk at checkout. He was very nice and quite friendly, but since it was almost the end of his shift, I felt reasonably certain that my complanits probably wouldn't have been noted. "

"The pool was indoor yet too cold to swim, the hot tub is filled in for a garden, the sauna was not working. Room was very old and mattress was like laying on springs. Ceiling had alot of dried water damage and I found bugs in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and kind. Wouldn't recommend this stay. Id give it 1 star."

"The facilities were adequate for my stay. Note that there is a $200 deposit due at the time of check in. I was told it would be refunded but it could take servers weeks."

"The room was clean. The halls had a bad odor. The noise traveled from room to room badly especially from the room above. Fitness room closed and pool was cloudy. Breakfast was ok."

"The room was okay but needed a lot of updating. The wallpaper was pulling away from the wall, the tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and the tub was discolored and peeling. The a/c struggled in 75 degree weather and I hesitated to walk on the carpet in barefeet for the unknown cleanliness of it. It wasn’t just my room that needed some attention, either. The breakfast buffet was so lacking that there was no coffee and it was better to drive to McDonalds. The door to the pool was broken so it remained propped open at all times leaving the hallway humid and chlorine scented, the ice machine was ready for its funeral march and you prayed the elevators would work properly. We were there for 4 nights, and while the staff was nice, you had to hunt for them. I don’t like using the phrase, “ You get what you paid for”, because I believe that even if the room was cheaper that others in the area, they had enough steady business to make some updates."
