"Did not receive email till 4/10 regarding room was on 2nd floor and no elevator, Actually was on 3 floor. Bathroom was not inside our room. No lobby had to text that we were outside to let us in. Hard to find also"

The location is fantastic, set in a safe neighborhood where I felt comfortable even at night.
