"This was the most magical place ever! The hotel is small and intimate with only 6 rooms and the owners live on the property, so they bend over backwards to help you or get you anything you need. It felt more like a bed and breakfast with the most gorgeous rooms, an amazing pool, and breathtaking views. We messed up and didn’t rent a car and the owner Raffaele literally came and picked us up. "A wonderful experience in the heart of Montepulciano. Roberto was really helpful and accommodating, as we were traveling with my 99 year old mother. "Purtroppo la camera non era pulita (doccia sporca e capelli ovunque), pareti in bagno con la muffa, vetri finestra praticamente bianchi (colature non ben precisate) e manutenzione della camera lasciava molto a desiderare. Oltretutto hanno cercato di verniciare la stanza ma hanno verniciato talmente male da verniciare anche le porte, le luci e accessori vari. Non sono abituato a dare recensioni negative ma qui c’è poco da salvare...carico qualche foto per meglio comprendere"
